Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items
Digital downloads are also final sale and non-refundable
Refund Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item:
We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, such as replacement, exchange, or correction when applicable.
Order Issues
If you experience any other issues with your order:
Approved Returns & Exchanges
For eligible non-custom items or approved exchanges:
If the return is requested by the buyer and is not due to seller error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
If the issue is due to seller fault, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution
Items must be:
New
Unused
Unwashed
In original condition
Once item(s) are received and inspected, eligible exchanges may be processed if approved.
Please Note
Damage caused after delivery, including improper opening, washing, misuse, or normal wear and tear, is not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement
