Returns, Refunds & Order Policy

At Mj’s Unique Kreations, most of our items are handcrafted custom creations made especially for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy carefully.

Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are final sale

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items

  • Digital downloads are also final sale and non-refundable

Refund Policy

  • We do not process refunds on orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please include clear photos of:
     

    • Packaging

    • Product

    • Shipping damage


We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, such as replacement, exchange, or correction when applicable.
Order Issues


If you experience any other issues with your order:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We are committed to resolving concerns as quickly as possible


Approved Returns & Exchanges


For eligible non-custom items or approved exchanges:

  • If the return is requested by the buyer and is not due to seller error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the issue is due to seller fault, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution


Items must be:

  • New

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition


Once item(s) are received and inspected, eligible exchanges may be processed if approved.


Please Note

  • Damage caused after delivery, including improper opening, washing, misuse, or normal wear and tear, is not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if items do not meet the above conditions

Free Shipping in the United States

 

We are happy to offer FREE shipping throughout the United States on all orders!All U.S. orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost to you.

 

Prefer UPS or FedEx?

If you would prefer to have your order shipped through UPS or FedEx, we are happy to offer those options for an additional shipping fee.The additional cost will depend on your location, package size, and the shipping service selected. Available options and pricing will be shown at checkout.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

 

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and are determined by the shipping carrier once your package leaves us. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside of MJ’s Unique Kreations are beyond our control.
